Adjustment
Door needs adjustment and opener that is pressed to
open the door; screws need to be tightened. Is there a
special tool for this?

resetting
heat sensor was replaced, but now the microwave is not heating properly, and/or consistently (gets hot on beverage, but not timed settings). . Wonder if it needs to be reset somehow. also have gotten message: sensor error.
