  Filter Seal
  I have looked throught the manual and can not establish which way the filter seal is to be placed around the filter and reinstalled into the machine. The way the seal was in the machine, does not appear to provide a good seal, hence resulting in the machine leaking when used.

  Woke up to a nightmare this morning
  Plug in my machine this morning, the stainless body felt electric 'zappy', filled water tank with approx. 1.5 L of water. Made 1 cup of coffee, water from tank almost drained empty, drip tray was full! Had to add more water for steam milk. No steam but only water jet shot from steam wand. Turned off machine and pump kept running, had to unplug from socket to stop the machine. Something is very wrong! Had this machine for less than 1 year, very disappointed.
