    fouls spark plug
    Has a primer pump but the engine runs rich and you can smell un burnt gas and runs ruff starts okay pull spark plug is very black have replaced gas and disassembled carburetor cleaned air filter not really sure what position the lever in front of carb. should be I think in toward the engine.
