  CD NOT WORKJING
  wE HAVE TRIED TO LOAD THE CD BUT IT ASKS US WHICH PROGRAM WE WANT OT OPEN THE SET UP FILES AND WE ARE NOT SURE, PLEASE HELP. i WANT TO USE MY PLAYER BUT IT IS NTO WORKING.

  I have Windows XP....the manual says I don't have to install the USB Driver Disk.
  
  No Disc Icon of the MP3 player appears on my computer when the device is connected.

  After initial purchase at Xmas, display came on correctly and item operated. Following re-charging no display and no operation. Downloaded cur mps1015 fw-upgrade, but couldn't find procedure doc.

  ive tried to put films on mp3/4 player.ive converted the film but it seems to go on to player,but wen i look for it on player it says its not there.hope u can help.

  Charging times :S
  I have recently brought the MPK2066UK 2GB with 1.5" screen, i was wondering how long it takes to fully charge i seem to have been charging it for a while but nothing, im going to leave it charging overnight to see if it makes a difference. if not then i will return!!!

  I have downloaded some music onto MP3 player and when I go into music it is showing there but a Warning message comes up saying File Format error. Help please
