  NO Picture on Screen
  I have no picture on the screen I ca hear the audio but no picture appears. I would like any suggestion you may have.

  I have sound but no picture.The screen remains black but I can hear the movie.also when i use the remote i can not see any functions due to the black screen

  DVDs wont load - grinding noise
  HellO! I recd a Curtis Portable DVD player 7015. It worked great! Now, when I place the dvd in it, it seems like it is going to load and it spins around but within 30-45 seconds it is making a grinding noise, clicking noise. Is there anything I can do about this? I recd it as a Christmas gift and have only used it 5-6 times. It just makes me sick. Anxiously waiting your response. Thank you very, very much. Brenda TnBEich@msn.com
