    Operation manual
    Could anyone supply a owners manual for the above appliance?.My mother in law has just moved and she has not got an inst. book for this unit

    grill not working
    having purchased the new grill I find that I cannot remove the bolts from the back of the oven to replace grill. What do I need to do?
