Amana Dishwasher ADB2500AWW

Won't start

The lock light by the heated drying light is on and it will not allow me to operate the diswasher.Tried turning the breaker to reset..didn't work. How do I get that light off..how did it get turned on? This started after a big electrical storm that knocked out the power..possible cause?
