KitchenAid Appliances Refrigerator KSBP25FJSS01

hinge and cam assembly

it looks like a rivet or some kind of tube has come loose from the hinge and cam assembly of the refrigerator door. the door now creaks and doesn't alwasy close properly. is this a fix i can make with a trip to the hardware store, or do i need to call a repairman? any advice would be appreciated.
