Whirpool Duet Dryer shuts off during cycle

My Whirpool Duet Dryer Model # 138-00, 196-00, 198-00 and Code # 3978733A that I lost my guide book. Problem: The dryer shuts off during cycle - sometimes after 10 minutes or 30 minutes. Show EI - I can start again by pushing start. Sometimes it completes the cycle, other times I need to manually start. My email: francesswaby@rogers.com
