Electrolux Electric Wall Oven

Aluminum Oven Protector

Help.

I have a brand new Electrolux Built-in Wall Oven. The first time I used an aluminum oven protector to protect the bottom of the oven it melted to the "Hidden Bake Element" cover. Some of the aluminum is stuck to it. Is there a safe way to remove this? Alternatively, is it possible to get a new "Hidden Bake Element" cover?
