    I have acordon blue slow cooker which is brown pot in a silver base. I have lost the instructions in a house movr but have used it for 15 years you have to put a minimum of half pint of water or stock for a stew or caasserole and I have cooked a full chicken and also joints of beef regularly puttine a quarter of a pint of water in which maked lovely gravy. It takes about 8 hours to cooke most things as if your cooked is like the one I have it does not have different levels just turn it on and it cooks. If you want any more help please email me.
