Dacor Convection Oven

How to use a convection oven?

I just recently moved into a new home that I'm renting and there is a convection oven. I have never used a convection oven before and my landlord has no idea where the owners manual is. I dont know what the model number is but it's an older Dacor oven that has knobs you turn not like the newer models. I have no clue what each seting means or how to use this oven. Could anyone help me please?
