I have this product and it keeps freezing up, even when I don't have the cold temp real cold.

PUR200 freezing up!!

Hi, I had the same problem. I called their customer service (800-477-0457) they have agreed to refund the purchase price if you have the receipt or refund $69.99 if you don't. good luck getting your money back!
