General Electric Microwave Oven JVM1410

microwave oven won't heat

When I put food in the microwave the food won't heat. The timer will go off and the food will still be cold. Everything else is working fine.

    My oven does the same, all controls work, lights on, table turns, fan works, unit will not heat at all.
