Gas Smell/Odor
Posted by jlapage@[email protected] on May 3rd, 2008 at 4:55pm

Hotpoint RGB524 Stove has a strong Gas Smell or Odor. I checked all the fittings and connections going to the stove with soapy water and did not find any leaks. I cleaned the burners and check the pilot openings to make sure they were not clogged. Still has gas smell/odor. Is there anything I need to check inside of the stove? Are there any adjustments that I might need to check or make on this stove? All burners as well as the oven work fine. Just that ithere is the gas smell/odor coming from it. Your help is appreciated. Thanks!! Jeff
