Maytag Electric Dryer DE412

Dryer not running

my motor sounds like it is trying to start, but the bin does not spin.
I can manually move the bin with the door open, though it is tough to do.
I can move the belt, but it does not move the bin around.
I am not seeing the motor axle spin when I press the start button.
What should I work on to make it run?
