Hotpoint Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator ff187e graphite grey

fridge not cold

ive had my hotpoint for just over a year and this week the fridge has not been cold, infact the milk is colder left out than what it is in the fridge, ive turn the dial to max and had the button on super cool but still nothing, the freezer is working fine but has been collecting water at the bottom and of course has been turning to ice making the bottom draw get stuck..at the back the black box thing does feel very hot but everything looks fine...somebody please help...
