Hotpoint Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator ff187e graphite grey

fridge not cold

ive had my hotpoint for just over a year and this week it has not been cold, infact the milk is colder left out than what it is in the fridge, ive turned the dial to max and had the button on super cool but still nothing, the freezer is working fine but has been collecting water at the bottom of the freezer and of course turning to ice which is making the draw get stuck...at the back everthing looks fine but the black box does feel very hot...please can someone help...
