Bosch Appliances Dishwasher SGS 4684

malfunction

Dishwasher takes in water. Clock goes through program time. Water is not spread via rotating arms. Water remains in the dish washer.
Note: a remote part of the water reservoir (left site), the top most left part is very filthy but can not be cleaned.
