General Electric Microwave Oven HVM1540

Fan Problem

I just installed my new microwave oven and the fan does not work. It moves freely by hand and you can see it jump when the fan is turned on but it does not spin. What do I do???

    WELL, I DECIDED IF WE HADN'T GOT A RESPONSE FOR OUR CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS NOT WORKING YET THEN WE'D CALL THE 800 NUMBER INSIDE THE MICROWAVE AND THEY WILL SEND A TECH OUT NEXT WEEK FOR NO CHARGE, SEEMS IT MAY BE UNDER WARRANTY
