Whirlpool Electric Oven GMC275

upper microwave sign says door when I try to heat something

I have a GMC275PD upper microwave oven.Just today the sign "DOOR" comes on everytime I try to heat something.Please help.

    After pressing the OFF button I saw this message in the display
    EO(in orange)n: FO Id:27
    in
