Maximatic Toaster Oven ETO-180

toaster oven/broiler will not turn off. red light stays on .timmer is in off area but still ticks and stays on and vary hot after 10mins has past. from yesterday, I'm sending the info. to by fax. As requested, attention : sally thankyou steven turner.
