GE Monogram Side-by-Side Refrigerator ZFSB25D SS

ZFSB25DMDSS not cooling

Temperature control of freezer and fresh food register OFF and custom cooler drawer does not register either ON OR OFF. Interior lights of both freezer and ref are on but the whole unit is not cooling. When 2 doors are open, sometimes only the freezer starts to cool . When 2 doors are closed the the freezer and ref does not cool or in other words the whole unit does not function .
