Whirlpool gold quiet wash plus Dishwasher ?

cannot read model and serial numbers and need part identification

I can no longer read my model and serial number on my dishwasher. For some reason I did not write them down in my owners manual. I have a whirlpool gold quiet wash plus - 940 series- purchased in 1999. I need to purchase an impeller. If anyone has this particular dishwasher and would like to share the model and serial numbers please let me know. I thank you kindly in advance and it will be greatly appreciated.
