Ice and water dispenser not working.

My ice and water dispensers are not working. First, the ice stopped working. I could hear a hum as if the motor trying to run, but the auger did not turn. But the water was still working. Then the water stopped working. Now, the motor does not make any noises when dispenser switch is depressed. I have not tested any of the relays to determine whether the issue is at the switch or motor. I'd like a copy of the service manual so that I may try to locate the fault. Thanks in advance for ANY help!

    Some more details about my problem. I can select between water, cubed, crushed ice. Light comes on when put a cup to the switch, but do not hear the relay clicking (but did hear it originally). Ice maker is working fine.
