General Electric Combination Washer/Dryer GCVH6260

walking/vibrating washer

I put this washer on the second floor of my new house. The washer is moving/vibrating on the tray we have it on and it is extremely loud. Sound like it's going to take off. We can hear it downstairs in the basement. can you shed any light on this problem? The machine level.
