Fisher & Paykel Refrigerator E442B

E442B Fr/Freezer

just lately the freezer compartment is freezing, but it does'nt seem to be cold enough. When I freeze ice in an cube-tray the cubes are slightly wet and although frozen appear only just-frozen. I am wondering if there is a fault with the fan? (lately the fan does'nt seem to be as loud as it used to be, the fan is working in the fridge compartment but is there a seperate fan for the freezer?) I have the freezer set at the lowest temperature.
