KUDS01FK won't start

Wash mode button NORMAL and START button are both on and blinking constantly. Had the heater coils and control panel changed about six months ago. Repairman said if touch pad keys lock up to enter a key sequence to reset the control panel to factory default. I lost that sequence. Do you or anyone else have this key sequence or know what I can do to get my dishwasher to start?
