General Electric Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator 3828JL8069C

holds temp ,but one fan not shutting and one fan blowing on coils not running. refrig 1 1/2 old

both freezer and frig been teperature satified but fan across coils not running and one fan not shutting off.1 1/2 old cleaned coils,and underside
