Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator RS2544SL

refrig doing some wird stuff

I was given this refrigerator therefore i have no manual it works fine sometimes the right side does not cool 100% and my food gets spoil
the fridge temp numbers in the control panel blinks all the time
the fan makes a loud noise
