Maytag Electric Range CRE655

control/selector knobs

My oven temperature control and selector knobs have lost all their marking and making it hard to guess if I'm baking, broiling, preheating or cleaning, and at what temperature. Any help with this would be appreciated. This is an older range with knobs for all settings, not a newer one with the electronic controls.
