Panasonic Home Theater Speaker System SC-HT920

DVD Player is "Locked"

Problem: DVD player showing "locked". Disc player will NOT open or change discs. Cannot change DVD player back to TV.

Instruction Manual: Only thing I found on how to unlock in the manual is listed under player settings. Rating 0 is lock all. Per the instructions to unlock you need to press shift & setup/muting button. This does NOT do anything when we try it.

HELLPPPP!!!!

How do we get the DVD player unlocked?
