REFRIGERATOR NOT COOLING PROPERLY

HAVING PROBLEM WITH REFRIGERATOR NOT COOLING. FREEZER IS FINE OTHER THE A LITTLE FROST AT THE BACK. REFRIGERATOR SIDE OF THIS SIDE BY SIDE UNIT NOT KEEPING VERY COOL. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE FAN UNIT MY BE OUT ?
