Whirlpool Electric Range GR399LXG

oven malfunction

The oven of my Whirlpool Gold range model # GR395LXGQ, serial # RJ0602203 has started to malfunction. The oven will go into "cleaning mode" when the temperature is set on 350 or 400 degrees. I have had to through the breaker to get the top element to cool down. Any suggestions?
