Kenmore Refrigerator Refrigerator

won't make ice. model # 253.54669405

I need the manual so I know how the switch is suppose to be either with the (o), or the (|) for it to make ice. I have it on the (|) and it makes a little ice, but I have to hold the button for 15 sec each time for it to make ice. I have it on rapid ice and it still is not makeing near enough.
