leaking water

water comes from freezer door and ice buildes up in bottom of freezer

    We're having this same problem and I think I figured it out... still looking for the solution though. When the freezer is in the defrost cycle, the water should drain through a hole in the bottom of the freezer. Ours is plugged, so water pools on the bottom of the freezer, freezes, then drips out the front. I'm thinking that hole is plugged or there's a filter in there.
