    I was looking for the manual, as I was not sure what all the icons meant on the oven! I went onto the bosch website www.bosch.co.uk and if you search for household appliances and ovens, it gives you information on what all the symbols mean and do! This is not specific for the HM48141, but generic for all bosch ovens, however I found that all the symbols I needed were on most of the ovens! try it and see if it helps you, I found it very useful!
