Whirlpool Electric Dryer LEQ9508LW

Drum won't turn

Turn it on, heat does work but drum just sits there. Thought it was prob. belt but how do you get into the area where belt is. Took off back but still puzzled about how you get to belt. Do you go thru the front of the dryer? Please any info. appreciated.This dryer has many features.
