Hotpoint Freezer FFA70

fan not working

Hi the fan is ok, but doesn't run unless i disconnect one of the control mcb plgs, one on the right as you look at board. looks like 4 sensors comes off that plug. Anyone know whether this is a pcb fault or sensor? Anyone got a wiring diagram?
