Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator RM257ABBP

Won't cool down

Brand new refrig. Been plugged in for 5 hours, still warm inside. Blue temp display on door both say 0 F. Lights on inside. Hear a faint hum with ear against outside of fridge. Is there some sort of initialization that wasn't done properly by the installers ?
