Panasonic Home Theater Speaker System SC-PT660

hooking it up

I have digital cable (cable box dch3200) and a Phillips 47 inch LCD T.V. I can't get the surround sound to work. The 2 rear speakers and the small front speaker won't work. also the dvd won't show the picture,only has sound.Could us a wiring digram or direction. thanks
