Bosch Appliances Gas Cooktop unknown

trying to find a manual

have recently moved into rented accommodation and the flat has a Bosch oven and it is very different to any oven either me or my wife have ever experienced before. It has burnt a few meals so far!
The oven does not have any model number or indeed any numbers, whatsoever other than the words Bosch!
I have included a photo below and am hoping someone will recognise the oven and be able to let us know the model number so we can find a manual for it.
I also have more photos of this. The top of the oven has gas hobs.
