KitchenAid Appliances Dishwasher KUDI01DL

will start with strange sound and won't clean

I have a KUD101DL installed 3 years ago. I notice it became noisier and doesn't clean well. Yesterday I heard a strange sound "prrrrrr" several times when it operated, and it doesn't clean at all.
