Hotpoint Refrigerator CSX22D

Icemaker

There was no water going to the icemaker. I replaced the water inlet valve and now the water will not stop going into the ice maker. There is no water coming from the water dispenser. There is no power at the valve when the icemaker is on, and still the water dips the ice maker full. Is there a fuse or circuit breaker on this refrigerator that could be causing this?

    At the top of the refrigerator where the water runs in to the ice maker it run out and will not go into the icemaker? What can I do to correct this. At first the water froze in the tube goint to the icemaker, but know it just pushes the tube out?
