stuck cd

Also got a cd stuck in the unit. Same code, "init" then "please wait." There is also a red W in the bottom right hand corner. I have unplugged it and restarted multiple times and tried a reset code given to me by panasonic. No luck yet. All advice appreciated. Thanks.
