PURCHASED AT WAL-MART SUMMER 2008. THE PUSH-DOWN DOESN'T LOCK-IN SO WON'T TOAST. DO I ADDRESS WITH THE MAUNFACTURER OR WITH WAL-MART? IF MANUFACTURER WOULD NEED TEL#.

    Unplug unit ,if you dont it can Kill you !!. >>>remove four screws>>>.Pull off handle>>> Remove toaster from its base>>> Adjust the plate that hits the electromagnet to cover the entire magnet.>>>replace cover,handle,and screws.Now make Toast
