LG Washer/Dryer Pair Washing Machine WM1812CW WM1814CW

Pump won't drain. Drained water twice thru drain and cleaned that area out.Where's the pump? do I have to turn the washer upside down to replace?

    i have the exact same problem, just over one year old - means not covered under warranty from maker and extended warranty company through eappliances not answering... impossible to communicate with. would like to fix myself if possible.
