Electronic Oven Control

Oven doesn't work. Tech said he thought it was the OEC. Can't seem to find one around here. Anyone know where to find one?

    NEED TO LIFT UP GLASS TOP TO REPLACE BURNER. HOW IS IT ATTACHED?
