Bosch Appliances Electric Dryer T20-UL

Duration of drying

I used have Bosch electric dryer with duct, then because of moving I bought T20-UL. I used it once and got surprised that the front panel and the glass of the front lid turned hot and the laundry room got so hot.It has never happened before. Is this normal?
Can we attach the air duct fir this machine? I so not think there is no way to let the heat go away form the dryer.
