Kennmore Convection Oven Warm/ReadyDwr Self Clean

Need Owner's Manual

Cannot figure out how to use existing convection oven. This is a combination standard/convection electric range. Seems the standard oven cooks very slow and doesn't maintain the selected oven temperature. Want to try convection cooking but have no instructions.
